The side areas from the door handles down to the bottom was not clean. I can get better at a $3-6 wash places. I expected more for the $9 spent here.

This place is a scam. The machines always take my money and never give me service for the car wash I pay for. It's also more expensive than the one across town by the speedway. I do not recommend

This place really sucks. Every time I come here I've had an issue and I've only came here three times. I put a $5 bill in the machine and it doesn't even read it and the coin slot is jammed lol what a joke of a business. The car wash on the other side of town by the speedway is way better. Save yourself money time and a headache and just go there.

Rude maintenance staff... After years of loyalty, never did i imagine that maintenance staff would be my reason to stop going here. The maintenance staff approached me half way through my wash introduced himself as the "maintenance guy" and asked me if I had any intention of cleaning the lot after some leaves had washed off my car. Mind you, this is mid November. There are leaves everywhere. His last remarks were that now he as the maintanance guy would have to do some work and clean the lot. That the cost of my car wash did not cover the maintenance for the lot. If you do not want to feel guilty or attacked for washing your car. Take your business somewhere else...

Unsatisfactory Car Wash Service I frequented this establishment regularly in the past. However, during my recent visit, I encountered an issue with the $12 wash service. To my disappointment, after the wash, there was both soap residue and dirt remaining on my vehicle. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant, I was informed that I would not be allowed to re-enter the automatic wash or rinse off the residue without additional payment. The only alternatives presented to me were to pay an additional fee or manually remove the residue. Furthermore, the attitude displayed by the attendant was exceptionally discourteous. In response to my dissatisfaction, the attendant dismissively remarked, "It's a car wash, what do you expect?" My expectation, as a customer, is straightforward - to have my vehicle cleaned without any lingering soap residue or a significant amount of dirt. I intend to register a formal complaint regarding this unsatisfactory experience and request a refund for the substandard service provided. It is regrettable that such poor customer service and questionable ethical conduct are apparent in this establishment. I strongly advise all to avoid patronizing
